The Steel Craft House by Zecc Architecten is an award-winning transformation of a former garage into a contemporary dwelling with a distinctive Corten steel façade. The design merges the restrained scale of traditional workers’ housing with an abstract, almost futuristic material expression.

The result is a house in which craftsmanship, materiality and urban context come together in a powerful and iconic whole. My images show the project across multiple scales, from its urban setting to abstract, expressive details that spark the imagination.
